Customers can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Refunds are only applicable if the product is broken, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
The claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order at your doorstep.
Once the product is returned and verified, a refund or replacement will be processed.
All our products come with a against rusting, fading, or discoloration under normal usage.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned items.
